At the End of Dec in 2022, Xinyue received an enquiry of 20tons Flanges from our regular client for mining slurry transmission project in Australia. The customer requires all flanges to arrive at destination within one month, and these flanges are not common pressure thickness. Therefore, we don’t have any available stocks and need to book the special customized mould. In order to meet customer needs, Xinyue Steel immediately contacted with the production department to prepare raw materials in advance, and book the mould, and according to customer requirements to contact with our air freight forwarder, reserving good shipping space in advance.

Since the Spring Festival was approaching, the production capacity and air freight space were all very tight.
