Carbon steel seamless connection

There are many ways to connect carbon steel seamless tube, and now several commonly used methods are listed:     a, compression type; b, live connection; c, compression; d, push; e, taper thread; f, socket welding; g, live flange connection; h, welding and welding and the traditional combination of the derivative Series of connections.     Different connections, because of their different production principles, its application areas are also different, but in general have one thing in common is the easy installation, solid and reliable.     Here are some of the more common connection to do a brief introduction:     1. Compression: the pipe into the pipe fittings, fastened by the nut, with a spiral force to the mouth of the casing through the seal ring compression, sealing effect, to complete the connection pipe.     2. Welding type: the end of the pipe processing bevel, with manual or automatic welding on the pipe...

The advantages of stainless steel pipe fittings

图片
Stainless steel grooved pipe fittings are among the most common types of stainless steel pipe fittings. Because we rarely encounter them in daily life, many people are not very familiar with them. So, what are the advantages of stainless steel grooved pipe fittings? The following are advantages of stainless steel grooved pipe fittings: 1. Quick Installation: Using grooved clamp connections and corresponding pipe fittings for pipeline installation eliminates the need for welding, secondary galvanizing, and secondary installation during construction. This greatly improves installation speed. 2. Lightweight Installation: The clamp connections are lightweight, require fewer bolts, and are easy to install, without the need for special technical design. 3. Reliable Installation: A scientifically designed mechanical system and a unique C-shaped rubber sealing ring achieve triple sealing, ensuring the reliability of the stainless steel pipe fitting connection. 4. Cost-ef...

What are the characteristics of large diameter industrial steel pipes?

图片
What are the characteristics of large diameter industrial steel pipes? 1. Distinction between Seamless and Welded Large-Diameter Steel Pipes: Large-diameter steel pipes are formed by extruding seamless round tubes. 2. Impact Toughness of Large-Diameter Galvanized Square Steel Pipes: A load acting on a machine part at a very high speed is called an impact load. The ability of a metal to resist failure under an impact load is called impact toughness. 3. Strength of Large-Diameter Steel Pipes: Strength refers to the property of a metallic material to resist failure (excessive plastic deformation or fracture) under static load. Since loads can be applied in the form of tension, compression, bending, and shear, strength is also divided into tensile strength, compressive strength, bending strength, and shear strength. There are often corresponding relationships between various strengths, but tensile strength is generally used as the more basic strength indicator. 4. Pla...
