LSAW steel pipe VS straight seam ERW steel pipe

  Straight seam ERW steel pipe is made with hot-rolled coil, straight seam welded steel pipe can be divided into high-frequency electrical resistance welding and submerged arc welding by different welding type. Compared the welding process of submerged arc welding steel pipe, high-frequency ERW steel pipe does not add any welding materials in welding process, weld forming has not through hot-melting state, only the weld metal goes through the re-crystallization process, so the formed welding is completely the same chemistry as the base metal.
